You can reschedule or cancel anytime with at least 24 hours’ notice — no penalties. Cancellation after dispatch will be charged the daily cleaning rate.

Not necessarily. We rotate our teams to maintain quality, consistency, and reliability. All housekeepers follow the same training, standards, and checklist. But if you prefer a specific team, we are happy to accommodate you.
