Step 2: Submit Your Booking Request
Fill in your contact information, location, and any specific instructions. Choose your preferred start date and time. Once submitted, our team will review your request and confirm availability.
Step 3: Booking Confirmation
We’ll send you a message with the details of your assigned housekeeping team; Full name, Staff ID and a password for access. Your housekeeping team arrives on time, in uniform, and ID. They’ll introduce themselves, confirm access instructions, and review any specific requests before starting.
Step 4: Service Day – Arrival & Introduction
Not every home fits a template. We’ll tailor a schedule and checklist that fits your needs, preferences, and routine.
Step 5: We Get to Work
The team follows our structured cleaning checklist based on your selected package. Whether it’s a routine clean or deep clean, all rooms are completed with attention to detail, care, and respect for your home.
Step 6: Wrap-Up & Departure
Once cleaning is complete, the team does a final walkthrough to ensure all tasks are done. If you’re home, we’ll do a quick handover. If not, we’ll notify you of completion and exit as instructed.
Step 7: Feedback
You’ll receive a service confirmation and have the option to share feedback or request adjustments for next time. For recurring clients, your next clean is scheduled automatically.
Once you submit your request, our team will reach out within 2 – 4 working hours to confirm your schedule, pricing, and any specific instructions. Bookings submitted past 6:00 pm will be confirmed from 8:00 am the next day.
Every team is expected to arrive on the stipulated time during the confirmation process. We emphasize punctuality during training. Our teams arrive on time and will notify you if there are any delays.
Yes. Please provide basic cleaning equipment such as mops, buckets, soap/detergent. Our team will provide specialized tools/equipment for stain removal or heavy-duty cleaning. Also ensure access is available and that pets are secured if needed. If you have specific instructions, share them during booking.
That’s completely fine. As long as we have access instructions, our team can clean while you’re away and notify you once they’re done.
If anything is overlooked, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a follow-up or correction at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
